Agency Producer

As an Agency Producer at Essence Adverts, you’ll be the driving force behind the production of commercials, branded content, and social videos. You will manage the full cycle of production—from budgeting and scheduling to shoot execution and post-production—ensuring seamless coordination between creative, production, and client teams. Your role is part fixer, part project manager, and part creative problem-solver. You bring structure to creativity and ensure every frame delivers on time, on budget, and above expectations.

• Manage end-to-end production for commercials, social content, and branded video projects.
• Develop detailed production budgets, schedules, and resource plans for each shoot.
• Lead all pre-production logistics, including casting, crew hiring, permits, locations, and equipment.
• Oversee on-set execution to ensure alignment with creative direction and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and sound engineers during post-production to finalize deliverables.
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time, in the correct format, and meet client expectations.
• Track project costs, manage invoicing and payments, and maintain financial accountability.
• Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers, vendors, and production partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content or commercial production; agency experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of pre-production, filming, post-production, and delivery workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and third-party production teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of equipment, production formats, and current industry trends.
