Media Buyer

Job Description:

As a Media Buyer at Essence Adverts, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling campaigns that drive real business results — from lead generation to e-commerce conversions. Working closely with strategists, creatives, and analysts, you will ensure every ad dollar delivers impact. You will also stay on top of platform updates, audience behaviors, and best practices to ensure our clients always stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Build media plans based on campaign objectives, budget allocations, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup including ad creatives, tracking, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPR, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and making real-time optimizations.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to brief performance-oriented creatives and A/B test variations.
  • Generate clear, actionable performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform innovations, and emerging ad formats to inform media strategy.
  • Ensure accurate pixel implementation and conversion tracking across websites and landing pages.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting strategies, bidding models, and performance KPIs.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking and attribution tools.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to draw insights from performance data and turn them into optimizations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple campaigns across different clients and industries.
  • Certification in Meta, Google, or other paid media platforms is a plus.
