The project was positioned for millennials, young professional couples, newly married buyers, and families seeking a modern lifestyle in a premium residential destination.
With villas starting from AED 999K payable over 3 years, each unit offered a strong value proposition supported by plot title deed ownership, spacious layouts, separate kitchen and living areas, and a sunny backyard designed for family living. The community also benefited from AKOYA Oxygen’s lifestyle offering, including Vista Lux, shopping, dining, and leisure facilities.
The main challenge was not only to generate more online leads, but to improve the quality of those leads. The existing marketing activity was producing a high volume of unqualified enquiries, which consumed the sales team’s time and reduced overall lead handling efficiency.
